such a nice and quiet little bar, it's tucked away from the main road but it's such a nice place to hide from the busy streets!! the small pizza is perfect size & delicious and such reasonable prices !! would definitely recommend

Step inside Cozy by Xeooo and you immediately understand the concept — the atmosphere is warm, intimate, and genuinely cozy in every sense of the word. The decor delivers exactly what the name promises, and that consistency between branding and experience is something worth noting. Service was impeccable. Attentive, friendly, and professional — nothing to fault there. The food was very good overall. Flavors were on point and the menu clearly reflects a real culinary intention. That said, a few dishes could benefit from slightly more attention to cooking precision — nothing deal-breaking, but worth refining as the kitchen matures. One practical note: the knives could use an upgrade. Struggling to cut through your meal when you should be enjoying it is a minor but noticeable friction — serrated blades would go a long way. The restaurant feels young, and that's not a criticism — it's an observation. The foundations are strong. With a little fine-tuning, this place has every ingredient to become a true neighborhood staple. 5 stars across the board for service, atmosphere, and food — because the overall experience genuinely earned it, and because I believe in encouraging what's being built here. Place is beautiful. 🤩 Staff was friendly and helpful. Our duck appetizer was really great. Crispy little bites. Great flavor and texture. The pepperoni bolognese was ok. I think I’d choose something else if I were to head back. When I am craving a bolognese I’m picturing a sauce with a meaty texture this felt more like I was eating a pasta in gravy to me. I don’t normally comment on the plating but they have this nailed. Everything has a beautiful presentation. We ordered red wine and they were out of everything but the most expensive. They did let us know before we ordered but this upped our bill around 400000 VND. They did surprise and comp us a dessert. Home made rum ice cream with fresh fruit. This was a nice and appreciated gesture and a good flavor choice by the restaurant.

Vegans be aware!!!! The resturant states "(vegan)" next to two pizza menu items, but that is not the case. Before ordering I confirmed with the waiter that they use actual vegan cheese as the menu item stated "mozzarella". Yes confirmed it is vegan, very excited and hungry for a wood fire pizza...it comes out cheesy/gooey and oily looking. NOT VEGAN CHEESE. Really frustrating and disappointing on my end as uncomfortably I had to point out to them that "milk" being in cheese makes it not vegan. Like come on you cannot say a menu item is vegan and confirm it when it's not the case. Just a waste of everyone's time, with no apology also...they did make me a spaghetti with tomato sauce. So I did appreciate the problem solving the quality of the sauce was very sweet and certainly didn't match up to the price point. I left still hungry and frustrated. Please change this labelling on your menu it is false advertising and dangerous for customers who are allergic!!!
