The vegan pho was deeply comforting with a rich, aromatic broth filled with mushrooms, tofu, and fresh herbs.\nThe creamy coconut-based soup topped with crunchy peanuts was unique and perfectly balanced.\nThe crispy bánh xèo was a highlight, served with fresh greens and meant to be wrapped and dipped, creating a wonderful mix of textures and flavors.\nThe fried mushrooms were outstanding, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. We also loved the crispy rice pancake dish topped with peanuts and herbs, which was light yet rich in authentic taste.\n\nOne of the most special parts of our experience was meeting Ms. Sameta and Mr. Oneness. It was truly inspiring to hear about their journey and their vision behind Heal & Celeb. Their dedication to promoting a vegan and conscious lifestyle is reflected in every detail of the place.
