Staff repeatedly approach customers to ask for 5-star reviews in exchange for a free grilled frozen scallop. The scallop itself is clearly not fresh, likely just defrosted and reheated. This kind of behavior feels dishonest and manipulative — they’re more focused on boosting their ratings than actually improving the food or service. It gives a very bad impression of their business ethics.\n\nOverall, this is not a restaurant I would recommend. The quality is poor, the ingredients are low-grade, and the way they pressure customers for fake reviews is unacceptable. If you’re looking for real Japanese food or even decent grilled dishes in Phan Xích Long, there are many better options around.
