Le Côté is a pleasant French restaurant with a nice ambience and a comfortable setting. Unfortunately, the food was rather underwhelming — decent, but nothing particularly memorable or exciting. The atmosphere is probably the stronger point here, making it a nice enough place for a relaxed meal and conversation, but from a food perspective, I expected a little more from a French restaurant.

An Outstanding Fine Dining Experience! I visited this restaurant because of its excellent reviews, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Babary duck breast with classic orange sauce, a glass of Malbec, and the Crêpes Suzette for dessert. Every single detail contributed to a wonderful dining experience. The service was incredibly attentive from the start, as the staff immediately checked for food allergies. Before serving the main course, they even showed me the ingredients for the Barbary duck breast, which was a fantastic touch. The duck itself was cooked to a perfect medium-well, featuring crispy skin and a sauce à l'orange that paired beautifully with the meat. The portion size was well-judged, leaving just enough room for dessert. To accompany the dish, the Malbec was a great, affordable selection that offered a beautiful, lingering finish on the palate. The grand finale was the Crêpes Suzette, which were prepared tableside on a rolling cart. As an unexpected surprise, the staff also presented a complimentary dessert box. They encouraged me to video the moment they lit it up, burning away the top paper to reveal three delicate mini desserts inside. Exceptional food, stunning presentation, and thoughtful service - highly recommended!

What a wonderful dinner we had in Ho Chi Minh city! 😍😍😍 From bread, complimentary starters, appetiser, mains to dessert. Everything was perfect. Especially the "Long An Barbary Duck", it is better than some of the duck breast we had in Paris. The "Foie Gras Des Landed" was also surprisingly good. We were impressed by the "peanut* made from Foie Gras. Finally, the complimentary "desserts in a book" were great too. They also have live saxophone performance. 🎷 🎷 Definitely worth a visit if you fancy fine French cuisine.

I’d heard that this French restaurant is very famous locally, and after a colleague’s recommendation, I finally decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I especially loved the scallop appetizer – delicate and full of flavour. They also served some complimentary small bites, which were equally refined, and the bread they brought to the table was surprisingly good. For the main course, I had the duck breast. During the cooking process, the waiter flambéed it with wine and created a dramatic burst of flame – unfortunately I missed capturing it the first time, but the kind waiter kindly repeated the whole thing just so I could take a video. Such thoughtful service! The complimentary dessert was absolutely stunning. On top of that, we also ordered two desserts ourselves – one of them was a cigar‑shaped dessert. The taste was quite ordinary, but the appearance was exceptionally unique and creative. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Been here before when I first visited Viet Nam. Such lovely experience it was. So I have revisited for the second time as I had another opportunity to visit Viet Nam. Even after about two full years, the place is still clean (as all food related places should be) with cool modern black interior design. All the hall staffs were so kind and gentle with such great manner. More specifically, many thanks to our server Mo who was very nice and professional. Foods are lovely. Especially the appetizer, chicken with mille feuille, mango and avocado satisfied all the members of my group. If I ever get another chance to visit Viet Nam again, I will make time to revisit this place for sure!
