Nola Hotel - Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

We absolutely loved our stay at Nola Hotel! We loved the vibe of the hotel—it was cozy, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Auntie May and the entire team! Everyone was genuinely kind, generous, and accommodating. We arrived very early, and they assisted us right from the very beginning, making us feel welcome even before our check-in time. The receptionists were also very accommodating with all of our requests and were always willing to help whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciated how patient and attentive everyone was throughout our stay. One of the sweetest touches was receiving warm water every morning. 🥹 It may seem like a small gesture, but it made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s these little things that made our stay extra special. For a 3-star hotel, the hospitality definitely felt like 5-star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service, kindness, and warmth of the staff made a huge difference in our experience. Thank you, Nola Hotel, especially Auntie May, the receptionists, and the whole team, for making our stay in Vietnam so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all your kindness and generosity. We’ll definitely come back and would highly recommend Nola Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

A cheap but wonderful hotel to stay while in ho chi minh. The rooms, the lobby, even the hallways and lobby toilet felt premium which made them seem like they belong on a 4 to 5 star hotel instead. The lobby to the rooms smell fantastic as well. Most of all though, the staff were exquisite, auntie may and the front desk attendants, guards and helpers made the stay all the more worthwhile. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time i pass by the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Nola Hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, especially Tam, who was always kind, respectful, and ready to help, even opening the door for us each time we came and went. I also want to give a special thank you to Rachel for helping to receive the flowers I ordered for my girlfriend and for decorating the room to surprise her. She went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and made the surprise even more memorable. The staff even prepared a handwritten birthday card and a complimentary fruit platter, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay truly special. I would definitely recommend Nola Hotel and would happily stay here again.

We stayed at this property in April and tbh it was really good,exactly as shown in the pictures, special mention to Tim, his service was top-notch. He was very helpful, friendly and always had a smile on his face. Every time he saw us, he would come running to open the lobby door for us, which was not even necessary, but the way he did it was so warm and welcoming.The reception girls were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The laundry service was excellent as well. Whenever we needed ironing or laundry done, they always made sure we received our clothes within the timeframe we mentioned. Even last minute laundry requests were handled very quickly, which we really appreciated. We also had a lovely surprise during our stay. We never mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday, but maybe they noticed it from the passport details. When we came back to our room that night after a stroll, the room was decorated and they had prepared a mini cake for him. It was such a sweet surprise and we really appreciated it.I would definitely recommend this property. The cleanliness was excellent too, out of all the hotels I have stayed in,this one is definitely number one for me.

Booked via trip.com but was double charged. Excellent service from Grace who apologised and quickly resolved it.||The rooms was a little small so big luggages will definitely be difficult to unpack. The toilet floor gets very slippery after bathing, might be dangerous for elderly.||Overall, service and cleanliness was great. Felt more suited for a short stay that accomadates smaller luggages.
