Pizza & Bia - Pizza restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I've loved the Vietnamese food here over the past 2 weeks, but last night I found an great Italian run by Ms Vy; that instantly fixed my western cravings 😋 The "Quiet American" Pizza & the "Yerimi" desert (which is like a cream brulae on top of an awesome 🍌 cake) was a home run ⚾️ ...but the "Uptown Parma" Pizza I had followed by the "Affogato with frangelico shot" desert just knocked it out of the park 🌟🏆✨️ The premises had a really neat ambiance, was super clean & all the staff were great fun (the service was 2nd to none), which created a fantastic atmosphere; there was a large group at the table behind thoroughly enjoying themselves (I think they were locals), & the food was well priced, & delicious. This is the 2nd reiteration of the Italian restaurant Ms Vy has opened, & she has absolutely 💯 nailed it; an absolute must, so try it out & Im sure you'll be back. I will be 👍 for sure.

A good feed Top quality nosh Pizza was bang on, we both had half and half pizzas costing 285,000VND each! Portions were good sized. Beers came as standard or pint size and on draught. WIN. Highly recommend the K-Town wings. The small portion at 195,000 VND had 8-10 wings! Also had the apple and kiwi soda! So refreshing! We came on a quiet Monday afternoon hence the 3* on atmosphere.

Excellent and authentic! There is no other words to describe the pizza there. Trust me: I've been to Italy several times, eat regular pizza in Austria, Croatia and other party of Europe, and I gotta say, this is the most authentication pizza I've had outside if Italy. Hell, it's eben better than parts of northern Italians pizza as well... The dough git a perfect crust, the toppings are perfectly combined. My daughter also hate Spagetti Bolognese which was just ad authentic as the pizza .. I really have to give the chef the bets rating available - he/she would deserve even more. The only downside: it actually was a little expensive for Vietnamese standards... however, considering the quality: it was alright. The staff was very nice an helpful as well... And the beer was amazing : the Czech Lager, brewed right here in Saigon, is awesome! To sum it all up: a perfect dinner for me and my family (sorry, for the typos,.I am a little drunk as the beer was just too good)

By far this was the most memorable dining experience our family had on our entire trip so far and it's this Italian pizza joint. The food was excellent and I mean everything we ordered was done perfectly when I came to texture and flavour. The staff are all well trained providing an excellent dining experience. Ambiance in the restaurant was great when it came to lighting and music which allowed us to carry on a nice conversation without having to shout. They have a sitting bar area too for those solo travellers who just want a place to enjoy a nice meal and drink.

The food is amazing, and the overall experience is a solid 9/10 (though I didn't try the beer since I’m not much of a drinker). The Food: I opted for a few "half-half" pizzas, but the 4 Cheese is a total winner—so creamy and delicious! I also tried the chicken wings from the new menu, and the seasoning was absolutely on point! BUT, the real star of the show has to be the FRENCH FRIES with that heavenly sauce! Seriously, I’m hooked—this is an absolute MUST-TRY. Vibe & Staff: The place is super chill and cozy—perfect for hanging out with friends. The staff are quick, friendly, and just so adorable. A tiny suggestion about the menu: It is honestly SO HARD TO READ! I spent forever trying to figure out how it works 😭. Plus, I was a bit confused because I had no clue which dishes were the "must-orders." P/s: Great food, addictive fries, and an amazing vibe. Definitely worth checking out! 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️
