The owner was very patient on the phone giving me information on how to get to the facility. The place is very quiet. It's a good location for those who want to rest and get away from the noise of the tourist area. My room didn't have a window. Therefore, the air quality was not the best. The owner did offer to switch my room to a room with a window for additional payment. I stayed in the original room because I was there for a short time. My stay could've been more pleasant if the bedding sheets were clean.

Mine is a studio room with kitchenette, medium refrigerator, hood, all purpose electrical pot, speedy kettle, free refill water bottle. It's a self check in homestay. Furniture and closet are built in. Good water pressure. Bed is a bit hard for me. Provide the bookings confirmation and ID, room and access code is provided via app. Walkable to many Càfe, restaurants, bars, and massages. 7-Eleven is a couple doors down. Circle K, GS25 are nearby Good for long term stay. It's in quiet area.
It wasn’t the best experience. The bed mattress was really hard, minimal kitchenware(no knife, no microwave), dirty walls, you have to enter through the basement and go down a fairly steep ramp (not a staircase) with no railings then head up via an elevator to your room. They have a ‘wooden box’ with the thinnest cushion which was meant to be used as a ‘couch’.
Horrible experience. We stayed at several places in Vietnam and had amazing experiences everywhere else, but unfortunately not here. We were placed in a basement room with almost no natural light. The room was not cleaned for over a week — not even the trash was emptied — which led to ants and flies in the room. We were away for a couple of days and didn’t realize how bad it had become until later. When we complained and decided to leave early, they refused to give us any refund. On top of that, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on
I stayed for 6 nights and was very satisfied with the service. The hotel support team is great — they respond quickly in the messenger, check-in was fast, and they helped right away whenever I had a problem. I really liked the convenient contactless service: I could just message them, leave my things, and pick them up later at the reception. The location is good — it’s in the Korean area, which I didn’t know before, but it turned out to be a plus. There are many cafes (a bit more expensive than Vietnamese ones, but nice for variety) and several supermarkets nearby, including 7-Eleven. The elevator is very convenient if you have heavy luggage. The room was generally clean (4/5) — curtains could be cleaner, and there were a few small holes. The room itself is a bit old but still comfortable. The only real downside was that the hot water took some time to start (sometimes up to 10 minutes), and it was warm rather than hot.Everything else worked well — the fridge, air conditioner, and kitchen equipment. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.
