Host does not communicate well. Cleaning staff the rudest I've encountered in Vietnam I honestly woke up scared after been awoken by strong knocks and shouting something in vietnamese outside Event though the place has an elevator, you gotta go down the stairs to the basement to access it. Needs better cleaning overall, it looks like the pictures but not a good place. If you are extremely in a budget is ok but I would recommend somewhere better
I don’t recommend this place. It’s not comfy, no outlet in the bathroom, and they didn’t even clean the room. Why do I have to ask for cleaning before 11? That should be basic. If you’ve got your own laundry room, why can’t you just leave some detergent there? What’s the issue? Why should I buy my own? Makes zero sense. I’m only giving 3 stars because the Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Biggest problem: the hot water pressure is super weak, and the water isn’t even hot — just kinda warm. Awful. Also, there was a cockroach in the room in the evening.
AVOID. 0 star. Terrible staff, bad attitude, no service or communication. A stain was on the bedsheet (which I took photo of) when I arrived and I requested to change the bed. Next day it was there which means it wasn’t changed. Cleaner refused to change so I had to do it myself. The new sheet had cigarette stains and to change again was not worth the fight with them. Lucas the owner or whatever he is were spitting in my face and coming onto me when he talked, rude unprofessional and impatient. Casting on TV is not working. I do not recommend staying here. Not soundproof. Not even a knife, barely have any kitchen utensils nor cooking stove or microwave. Not worth your money!! Construction work outside. Bedbugs and ants everywhere. Shower is splashing the toilet and wall so you have to hold the shower head. Pointless. Not a clean room. Be careful like I was, they will charge you for every little thing. Do not recommend at all!!
Do not stay here i strongly recommend. .. a big no....under any circumstances. This business requires you to send yoor personal details including passport via an unsecured website and whattapp....
Amazing value for the room. Spacious, clean, and cozy. Great area to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, with everything you need just around the corner. Check-in was quick and hassle-free
