Cái chất cá nhân hóa đó — hiếm gặp ở một chuỗi lớn như vậy — phần nào lý giải sức hút của địa điểm này, khi nhiều khách lâu năm cho biết nhân viên nhớ không chỉ loại đồ uống mà còn cả những tùy chỉnh cụ thể của họ.
Không gian được chia thành khu trong nhà có máy lạnh và khu ngoài trời, phù hợp với nhiều tâm trạng và thời tiết khác nhau. Khách buổi sáng bắt đầu kéo vào từ 6:30, không ít người trong số đó ghé trước hoặc sau khi tập tại phòng gym Primal cách đó không xa. Bảo vệ của quán cũng đã trở thành một nhân vật quen thuộc theo cách riêng — nhiều người nhắc đến anh vì thói quen lau xe cho khách trước khi trả lại, một cử chỉ nhỏ nhưng để lại ấn tượng.
Ngoài các dòng sản phẩm toàn cầu quen thuộc như Cold Brew, Latte và Strawberry Acai Refresher, chi nhánh còn có các món độc quyền tại Việt Nam: Purple Taro Rainbow Croissant, Kumquat & Lemongrass Chicken Bun và Teriyaki Pork Bun with Radish Slaw — đủ để cả những khách thường xuyên cũng có cái mới để thử. A really great experience with my wife when 2 nice staff served our with cute glass of water when we were ordering drinks , must visit place when you travel around Thao Dien and looking for starbuck

I go every day for two coffees — one for my wife, one for me, before my training at Primal (which is just up the street). The staff are awesome, always trying to remember my order (which is impressive because I barely remember it myself). Sometimes they get it wrong, but that’s okay, because I make mistakes too (my wife hits me in the face if I order the wrong coffee for her). Love this place!
