This afternoon, we visited this BAKERY located at Masteri T5, and our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered unprofessional service. The staff appeared indifferent and lacked basic courtesy expected in the service industry. Moreover, the music was played at an excessively high volume, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. At one point, the volume was suddenly increased unexpectedly, causing alarm among the patrons, who feared something had collapsed. When we voiced our concerns about this, the staff did not respond verbally but instead gave us disdainful looks. The male staff member who presented the bill exhibited the same nonchalant and impolite demeanor. This experience was marked by a blatant lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. We will certainly not be returning to this branch and strongly advise others against visiting.
