VOYAGE Restaurant - Fine dining restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Voyage is one of those special restaurants that warrants repeated visits. World class food and hospitality. From the moment we arrived at their beautiful restaurant, the manager Ms Zen was so warm and welcoming. After that, we were blown away by the stellar meal created by chef Jonathan which was so good, I’m already planning my next visit to Vietnam so that Chef Jonathan and his team can take me on another Voyage with them 😁 Special mention goes to the wonderful Chef Frost , Chef Ethan and the extremely knowledgeable Sommelier Mr Phuc as well as the entire voyage team for their good work. I’m looking forward to seeing all of you sometime in the near future!

Amazing location with great atmosphere. Stuff were very attentive and informed, special call out to Zen. Food as always was impeccable. Been following Chef Jon since Singapore times and he's never failed to deliver on quality and taste. The plating, quality of food and imaginative pairings have been elevated once more. This is for the refined palate, for people who appreciate food and umami at all costs.

​Dining at Voyage was an absolute masterclass in modern gastronomy. Executive Chef Jonathan Koh has curated a menu that is as thoughtful as it is delicious, beautifully balancing technical French precision with a deep respect for seasonal ingredients. ​The meal was flawless from start to finish. The depth of flavor and precision execution are truly palpable; Chef de Cuisine Frost and Sous Chef Ethan bring stunning detail and artistic flair to every plate. A major highlight of the night was the Silky Flan—the interplay of the Jeju Abalone and Foie Gras in that aromatic dashi was incredible. However, the Hanwoo Ribeye was the true showstopper; the meat was exceptionally tender, and the Jus au Fonte was rich, deep, and perfectly executed. Watching the team work with such focus in the open kitchen adds an extra layer of appreciation to every course. ​ The hospitality was equally world-class. Restaurant Manager Zen leads the front-of-house with incredible grace. She was warm, professional, and ensured the evening flowed perfectly, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. ​It is rare to find a restaurant where the kitchen and service work in such seamless harmony.
