Ordered after watching tiktoker lying about how delicious it is! Big mistake listen to tiktok reviewer and order here today. Beef burger is the worst, fake red sauce is too sweet and too much fake mayonnaise. Beef patty tastes like cardboard no meat texture only flours mixture. Extremely thin shrimp and fish patty dried and overcook without any shrimp or fish texture. Do not order burgers here. Chicken nugget also no chicken texture , just flours mixture. Half chicken are tiny portion, grilled chicken is the size of my palm. Fried chicken is fresh, hot and crunchy but tasteless, they forgot to put salt while marinated? All of the extra sauces are too sweet and the garlic sauce tastes chemical and smell horrible. Never order again from this chain. Avoid at all cost.

I had never heard of this franchise until I walked by and saw it. The service for me was fine. Wasn't very long to get my order. Everything seemed correct. The workers were nice. The problem is the food. I tried a BBQ chicken sandwich combo (49K/$1.95). Considering the price to add a Coke and fries (only 4K/$0.15), it's incredible value. The photo on the menu makes the chicken seem like one filet, whereas I received cubed chunks of chicken and very little of it. The flavor of the chicken had a bit of a strange taste. I've had that before recently with a burger or chicken sandwich (I can't remember where). I don't know if it's the oil or something, but it made the chicken kind of average. I still can't get over the portion size of the chicken in the already smaller sized bun. I wanted to try a fish sandwich, but they were out of all fish, shrimp, and beef. I tried a regular crispy chicken sandwich (45K/$1.80). This one was also quite small, but it was one piece and tasted ok (much better than the BBQ), yet far inferior to some other chicken sandwiches I've had in Vietnam. The fries seemed a little over fried, mediocre tasting. With all of this being said, considering the prices, this is still a fastfood chicken and chicken sandwich place. If you eat here, it won't be the end of the world... there is a McDonald's on the other side of the street a block down (yet, I went there right after, and I wasn't impressed with that one either).

Chicken and hamburgers were decent WHEN they were served, IF they got served at all. The first time, I waited 30 minutes, then had to go to the counter to ask, only then did the staff cramble my order together. The second time the cashier completely misunderstood my order, I had to correct her. When my takeaway bag came up, I didn't check and only found out when opening the bag at home to recognize they didn't give me the chicken I paid for. Had to come back, and then waited another 20 mins. Food is similar to other fast food places but very inexperienced staff who kept making mistakes. The receipt was intelligible, making it difficult to check what is in the order. I would never come back.

This wallace Has gone down a lot in quality, old oil and pre cooked chicken is dry and bland. As well as very slow to making orders :(
