Check in was remote and a hassle because you need to call a Vietnamese number to contact the host. I had to ask my Grab driver if he could call. Eventually I was told to ask the woman working the cafe outside about my room. Room (302) itself is quite large. It has basically a complete kitchen. Bed was fairly comfortable with a blanket on the smaller side. Bathroom is functional. Good water pressure and hot water. Nice large smart TV. Plenty of outlets. The AC compressors are located right next to the windows and they make quite a bit of noise. My main issue was I requested a non smoking room and was told I would get that. Well as soon as I stepped into my room I could smell the toxicity of latent cigarette smell and it never went away. That really ruined it for me. The house keeping service was very good.

I am very happy with my stay here and don’t regret it, even though I initially thought it was far from the city center. The neighborhood is nice and has a strong Korean vibe, with many great restaurants. The street is quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and welcoming, they even did my laundry. Fresh water is provided every day along with clean towels and other essentials. The studio is simple but comfortable and does its job well. It is clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping.
This place is amazing, from the staffs to the cleaning ladies to the owner, very friendly, the room is great and big enough, they give us everything we need in the kitchen to the bathroom, including a big modern TV that we can actually watch, the location is great as well, basically close to every other convinient stores and 2 big malls, amazing place, amazing stay!
Such a nice little place, super clean and not noisy, located in a cute green neighborhood. A bit far from the city centre though. I've had a lovely time here, will probably come back.
This one star is given to the Korean uncle here who serves enthusiastically. If there is any problem, Korea uncle very willing to help and solve the tenant's problem personally~ The room is old and the sound insulation is very poor!!! You can hear the toilet flushing upstairs and the dishes washing next door..... For a leaky room, the landlord charges VND 600,000 a day If you want a quiet stay, this is not the place.
