I took my family to De Nhat Mi Keo for lunch today after hearing a lot of good things about their hand-pulled noodles, especially the Char Siu pulled noodles. And honestly, the whole experience was better than expected. 📌 Ambience: The restaurant has a clean, spacious, and classy look. Air-conditioning is cool and comfortable, and the seating is perfect for families. Even the menu feels well-designed and professional. 📌 Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. They checked on us a few times and made the whole meal feel pleasant and welcoming. 📌 Food: The hand-pulled char siu noodles are the highlight. The noodles are springy and aromatic, the sauce is flavorful, and the char siu is tender and juicy — not dry like many other places. You can really taste the difference with handmade noodles. We also tried some dim sum and the Sichuan-style pork trotter. The dim sum came out hot and nicely filled, and the trotter was soft with a rich, savory sauce. The wonton soup had a clean, natural sweetness — not the artificial kind. 📌 Price: Reasonable for District 2 considering the quality and the restaurant’s upscale atmosphere. Definitely worth it. 📌 Bonus: If you leave a 5-star review, they give you a complimentary herbal tea.
