AVOID this place at all costs. My group ended up with a severe viral infection from the food here, resulting in a hospital visit and a $726 medical bill. We were violently ill within minutes of eating. The hygiene standards are non-existent. The restaurant is dirty, the tables are filthy, and the digital ordering tablets are coated in grime and desperately need their worn-out covers replaced. For that high prices charged-you MUST have a better standard in charge! Or you are just another ripp off! The staff is entirely untrained in basic food safety protocols and unable to communicate effectively, leading to complete chaos (even a Grab driver was arguing with them over the mess). To Management: 1) Implement strict food safety training: Your staff clearly doesn't understand cross-contamination or basic hygiene. 2) Deep clean the facility: Clean your tables, wash your vegetables thoroughly, and sanitize the restaurant. 3) Replace your equipment: The ordering tablets look like they haven't been cleaned or replaced in years. 4)We are going to contacting your management directly with our medical bills for reimbursement. If this is not resolved, we will be taking formal legal action for the damages and severe impact on our health. Save your health and your money—eat somewhere else!
