Haidilao CrescentMall - Hot pot restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Haidilao Crescent Mall is one of the best hotpots in HCMC. I love how accomodating their staff were and how they prepare the food. They also have free manicure while waiting for your slot.

Had such a great meal here. Did a full new set of nails that is completely free, done by Ms.Trang. Very hospitable employees! Totally recommend.

Been here multiple times… wasn’t able to do nails because they were full but they gave a card that allows you to come whenever and get your nails done. I got mine done by Trang! And it was cute and the service was great!

Great hotpot experience with very attentive and friendly service. We tried the golden soup (fish & chicken bone base) and mushroom soup — both rich, comforting, and very tasty. Meat and ingredients were fresh, though the vegetable selection had slightly less variety than expected. Free snacks and service were excellent. Complimentary hair styling and manicure are available, but waiting time was about 3 hours so we couldn’t try them. Price is a bit high, but worth it for the quality and premium service. Perfect for gathering with friends and family.

I know this hot pot place from China. Here in HCMC I also tried and liked it. I like their soup bases and ingredients they used. Noodle show was great and the service was fast. The staff was helpful and friendly. While waiting your turn outside of the restaurant they offer many complimentary.
