The room was clean, nice and the staff were polite, but there are a few things worth noting for future guests. We stayed on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. Getting to the room involves climbing several flights of stairs, including a metal staircase near the rooftop, which can be quite challenging if you have large or heavy luggages. Because the room is on the top floor, it gets very hot during the day. The air conditioner worked, but it struggled to cool the room during the hottest hours. It was much more comfortable at night. The water pressure on the 5th floor was also quite weak, and the shower water was only lukewarm rather than properly hot. Considering the price was relatively high for the Bình Thạnh area on a weekend, I expected a better overall experience.
