An apartments are a well organised company who are quick to add you on WhatsApp once your trip is confirmed. They informed me of how to check in which was contactless and anything I may have needed to know was all done through WhatsApp. the apartment came with some bottled water, and kitchen necessities for cooking and eating. The bed was comfy, and the view from the 48th floor was nice to see. The laundry machines isin the balcony with detergent. The shower was great and I really loved the bath gel, as well as shampoo and conditioner which they had available. A lot of places in Vietnam don't offer conditioner hence why I made note of it. The landmark mall is right outside so you have great access to many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Ordering food is quick and easy using Grab however the elevator works on card only so you need to go downstairs to pick it up. I think the main thing I wish I could have of this place was access to the gym and pool but this is only available to people living there as they need pre-access ID for that. There is a cleaning fee of 200k that needs to be paid whether you use it or not which is stated upon booking the room.

The location was absolutely perfect, just next to the Landmark 81 building where we had nice cocktails at the rooftop. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful as they allowed us to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room condition was great. I would recommend this place if anyone is looking for good place to stay in HCM.

I found the Land mark 81 room for daily rent perfect for my solo trip. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. The Land mark 81 apartment rental price was fair and included all utilities, which made budgeting very easy

The house is clean. Location is excellent. We had some emergency at middle of night as one of the baby vomitted on the bed sheet, the host, An An took immediate measure to deliver us new bed sheet. This is really commendable and excellent service from her. I will definitely book with her again in my future trip.Thank you An An for being an excellent host

The apartment was very comfortable, I used wash machine, I used nife fot cutting a mango which I bought in a shop, very combiniented. It has two shawer room, and two toilet, our family used both at the same time, it was good since one doesn't need to wait, and each rooms are very big size. An An very kind and quick response when I asked something. I had very nice trip in the city with stay in the apartment, thank you!
