quite attentive and detailed. Focuses a lot on posture, breathing and peace in mind. Silencing mind. Great teacher. All students are super dedicated. Always on time. Overall, I really like this place. I can feel the difference in my body after three weeks, 3 days per week.
Staffs are very nice and good place to talk anh hang out
Converted into a yoga center. Quite cramped space.
