Great food great service and the owner is very nice and helpful. Was some of the best ghosts I've had since I've been here. Will be back for sure.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Mulligans Saigon. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Ho Chi Minh City. The food was excellent, with generous portions, great flavours, and everything cooked to perfection. What really made our visit memorable was the outstanding service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for quality food, a great selection of drinks, and excellent hospitality, Mulligans is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended, and we will certainly return the next time we are in Saigon.

Expat vibe of a place, food was straightforward. The servers are nice and friendly. If you are a westerner and want to find other westerners, then this place is for you. They had hot ones sauce which was quite fun to try.

Went there on St Patrick’s Day 2026 around lunchtime, very disappointed, no atmosphere at all, the only thing that let you know that it was St Patrick’s Day was the Parade on the tv screen, green covers on the tables and green beer. Staff were nice.

Great spot for a drink and a good meal. The staff are great and the food is very good. They have their own meat and smoke shop, which really boosts the quality of what they serve. A few recommendations are the Pho Dip, Wings, Split Pea Soup, Chili, and their house-made beef hotdogs. When they offer Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner, make sure you try it. Today we had the turkey platter for take away. The turkey was moist with a hint of smoky flavor, the ham was delicious, the mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent, and the standout for me was the stuffing.
