I happened to learn about Samyang Animal Clinic - Bình Thạnh and Mr. Tùng, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, while I was searching for a reliable place to handle the export procedures for my two cats, Jerry and Mia, from Vietnam to Italy. After consulting many services from various international pet clinics in HCM, I decided to choose D.V.M. Tùng, who is not only a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine but also the manager of Samyang Animal Clinic - Bình Thạnh, due to his detailed and attentive advice regarding the necessary export paperwork for my cats. Today, my family is truly grateful and appreciative of the thorough consultation, encouragement, and care provided for our cat Mia before and after her spaying surgery. This was an extremely challenging and risky procedure. Mia was diagnosed with neurological issues, and as a result, after examination, all veterinarians both domestically and internationally at major pet clinics in Ho Chi Minh City declined to perform the surgery due to the risks associated with anesthesia. After several days of discussion and consultation with Dr. Tùng, my family decided to proceed with Mia’s spaying surgery, following the necessary tests and examinations as advised by the doctor. Fortunately, the surgery was a success beyond our expectations. Dr. Tùng discovered during the procedure that Mia’s uterus was beginning to show signs of inflammation; if we had delayed any longer, Mia’s health could have been in serious danger. I was able to stay outside and monitor Mia throughout the surgery. Afterward, Mia received meticulous care, with a veterinary nurse constantly by her side to monitor her heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature until she woke up from the anesthesia. Today, we have brought Mia home to rest and recover. Thank you, Dr. Tùng and the team at Samyang Animal Clinic - Bình Thạnh

The doctor speaks English which is very important for me. Stuff is nice and friendly. They have all needed equipment and skills there.

Dr. Tung was very gentle when getting blood tests and vaccination done for my scaredy orange cat. He was also very knowledgeable with clear explanations of health risks and issues that the pet can face at his age. Will definitely be my go to pet clinic going forward. Special thanks as well to the assistants who were very gentle throughout.
