a quaint little coffee shop in a small neighborhood alley in Ho Chi Minh City. i walked in expecting a nice cup of coffee and left having found a new favorite spot entirely. the Ethiopian pour-over alone would have made the trip worth it, but it was the coconut espresso, ordered almost on a whim, that sealed it and became my new favorite. i don’t think it’ll be long before i’m back!

This place is UNREAL! Yes, it’s slow and you wanna know why? They care about coffee. I was one of 5 people in the store today, I sat at the bar. I was told about the beans, the barista asked me to smell the coffee beans from the bag! Explaining why it’s so sweet and that it was farmed from Vietnam, and a bit about the blend they use. I sat waiting for my coffee and she appeared again, with beans ground for my coffee inviting me to smell them again. I watched them make my coffee, measured and precise. Honestly just wow. I’ve drank hundreds of coffees, maybe thousands. Never in my life have I had such a personal genuine experience and for no other reason than they wanted to invite me and allowed a look into how they prepare and make their coffee. And my coffee? My coffee was insane. Coffee in Vietnam is incredibly good by anyone’s standard, but this coffee bean in particular was unlike no other I’ve tried on my trip. Very smooth and a unique flavor, quite sweet. It’s hidden, keep walking down the alley and look for the blue sign. It’s a small, modern cafe with ac nestled in amongst what appear to be much older stores or residential buildings. Don’t miss this one, highly recommend. 🔥🔥🔥

Unbelievably great coffee being brewed at this very small cafe down the alley. The cappuccino was exceptional and the affogato with robusta was the best I’ve ever had. Service was quite kind and friendly and she spoke English very well. Theres not much space but we were comfortable on the small outside area. Lots of different beans available. Highly recommended.

This is a great find in Ho Chi Minh City. If you want to try coffee grown in Vietnam, come here. It's incredibly delicious. I tried the V60 Red Bourbon, and it tasted divine. The banana cake was fantastic! I highly recommend it! It was interesting to find this wonderful place among the unremarkable old houses.
