Great Sunday brunch experience! The food was very fresh, with a great variety and beautiful presentation. The setup was elegant and inviting, and the chefs were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about their food. Definitely a brunch worth coming back for!

I had a great time for the Monthly brunch at The Canvas, Lotte Saigon. We did enjoy the large selection of food, surf and turf and a mix of Asian and Western food. Special mention for the homemade pasta and the beef tournedos Rossini !! Good service , good food and good atmosphere. At the end the value for the money worth it!

Excellent lunch buffet at Lotte Hotel Saigon. The food was exceptionally fresh, with an impressive variety of high-quality dishes. A highlight was the fresh tuna cutting presentation from a 43 kg tuna, prepared on the spot. Special thanks to Executive Chef Marco for the outstanding cuisine and to Floor Manager Elly for her warm, attentive, and professional service.

Great lunch buffet with tasty food, fresh seafood, and good variety. Service is top-notch – friendly, fast, and very attentive. Worth every penny! For my special request (would you like give me the blue cheese, if you have?). Thanks Chef Marco gave me very nice blue cheese! :) and Thanks for the service team to our business lunch today (Elly, Elisa, Luna, Zony).

This is my first time in Vietnam and Lotte brand made it enjoyable. The staff are amazing and the international breakfast is a must have!!! We met the head chef and executive chef to give them their props. The staff want you to enjoy your time here and we are having a phenomenal time. The staff in the spa are amazing . The staff that great you at the door are wonderful. I highly recommend this property if you travel to Ho Chi Minh City. And no they did not pay me to say these things. I like to give credit where credit is due.
