I've been to this chain many times at Vincom, Thiso Mall and this time in District 7. The hotpot soup is still very good. Service was ok as staffs seem to lack of experience and didnt have a dedicated staff to take care of our table like other branches. They are still nice and friendly, just lack of focus and experience.

Excellent hotpot base and service. Their base soup is much better priced compared to most. The vibe here has a blend of theatre performance with the chefs slicing beef and privacy with higher seating walls and cozy light. Very nice indoor furniture. I came here for a small keto meal, sat for a long hour and left in satisfactory. They also happily helped me packed the rest of the soup home for my instant noodle with fancy soup later.
The meat is fresh. The staffs are great. One combo is enough for two (550k one). If u want more meats, get the top blade. The photos below is actually 1 additional meat plate and 2 additional veggies. The sauces : XO based (Scallops and shrimp) , garlics , cilantro , chillies , sesame oil and soy sauces.
The food is delicious. The meat they serve is fresh, so are the vegetables. Service is so-so, nice but not so attentive. Will come back but do hope that the service will be improved.
