이 카페를 대표하는 메뉴는 솔티드 커피와 코코넛 밀크 커피다. 솔티드 커피는 쓴맛에 적당한 소금기를 더해 단맛보다는 풍미를 살리는 방식으로, 여느 곳에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 평범한 버전과 분명히 구분된다. 코코넛 밀크 커피는 베트남식 아이스 커피에 부드럽고 약간 열대적인 풍미를 더하면서도 디저트 음료처럼 지나치게 달지 않다. 두 메뉴 모두 리뷰에서 재방문 이유로 반복적으로 언급된다. 메뉴에는 신선한 주스, 스무디, 버블티도 갖추고 있어 커피를 마시지 않는 일행이 함께 방문해도 부담이 없다.

주변의 새로운 커피 콘셉트 매장들과 이 카페를 구별짓는 것은 의도적인 브랜딩의 부재다. 화려한 간판도, 시각적 연출에 집중한 메뉴 구성도 없다. 아침 출근길 손님, 낮 시간대의 재택근무자, 늦은 밤 모임까지 두루 편하게 맞이하며, 영업시간이 그것을 증명한다.

I love this place! The staff are amazingly friendly, the vibes are always positive, and my drinks come out tasting amazing! Whether I get coffee, juice, or a smoothie, Cà phê Tớ always delivers. For a late night chat or early morning caffeine kick, I highly recommend a visit to Cà phê Tớ.
Very nice local owned cafe in the middle of Saigon. I tried the salt coffe and some grapefruit tea. Both were very good. The staff is very nice. I stayed there working for a while.

Ca Phe To is a hidden gem in Saigon nearby Thao Dien including cozy charm and a remarkable selection of coffees and teas. Their coconut coffee is a delight, blending the richness of coffee with a smooth coconut sweetness. The Old Hoi A style ambiance adds to the experience, transporting you to time. The attentive staff further enhance the visit. Ca Phe To is a must-visit.
I had a salted coffee and coconut milk coffee and thought it was some of the best in the world. Highly recommended to try especially the salted coffee. The atmosphere, quality, and service were all beyond excellent.
