I've been to all 3 Belgian restaurants in Saigon Binh Duong, District 1, and District 3, and I never have anything negative to say about the food and beer, which I love so much... but in this Belgian restaurant in District 3, it's always noisy, even if there are only 2 tables... the space is interesting, the location is excellent... but honestly, I don't have much luck with the noise there.

I am a regular customer at Belgo 2 Le Ngo Cat, admiring their Royal and Fullmoon beers. However, today I had a bad experience, and I'm sharing it here so the restaurant management can hear and improve: 1. I booked a table through their fanpage, and received a confirmation message. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, my name wasn't on the list. The receptionist was a small, pretty girl; she rarely smiled, especially when customers weren't on the list. 2. A large restaurant, serving a certain number of Vietnamese customers, ran out of soy sauce. Since soy sauce isn't expensive, the entire restaurant had to wait for the purchasing department to decide what to buy. I wondered why, and Mr. Dinh replied, "It's fortunate that we're short on soy sauce today; yesterday we were short on 90% of the menu." From the receptionist's displeased attitude and Mr. Dinh's explanation for the restaurant's lack of condiments, I think this was a rude and disrespectful response.

Tried the bitterballen and enjoy the flavor. The 4-cheese poutine was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste. The beer was good, but the main downside was the noise. A large group (8+ people) was extremely loud, and I had to change seats because I couldn’t hear anything over the noise.

Belgo Lê Ngô Cát delivers exactly what you’d hope for from a Belgian-style grill house: generous portions, bold flavors, and a satisfying mix of meats and sides. From the photos alone, the kitchen’s strength is clear—grilling is done with confidence and care. The mixed grill platter is a standout. Juicy steak slices, plump sausages, grilled chicken, and a beautifully cooked prawn come together on one board, making it perfect for sharing. The meats look well-seasoned and properly seared, with sauces on the side that add richness without overpowering the natural flavors. The corn on the cob and fresh salad bring balance, while the roasted potatoes add comforting, crispy bites. The steak plate is equally impressive. The cut appears tender and evenly cooked, paired with vibrant green asparagus and golden roasted potatoes. The accompanying sauce looks glossy and savory, elevating the dish while keeping things classic and straightforward. Presentation is rustic and appetizing, served on wooden boards and dark plates that highlight the food. Portions are generous, making the meal feel great value for a group or anyone with a big appetite. Overall, Belgo Lê Ngô Cát feels like a reliable go-to for quality grilled meats in a relaxed, casual setting. It’s especially appealing for meat lovers who enjoy sharing platters, bold flavors, and hearty sides.

Everything was perfect. Food , ambiance service and BEER ! They offer a great variety of their own brewing and also some imported Belgium beers. Too bad I only found out towards the end of my stay in Saigon, I would’ve gone back. I had the burger with fries, but they also have steaks. If you’re a beer lover and love good food, just drop by you’ll be glad you did.
