Van and all the vets here are top class. So so caring with the animals and deeply knowledable. On a few occasions they have saved my cat's life (2x) and my dog's life (2x). Their price is not the cheapest on the market nor are they the most expensive, they sit somewhere in the middle. However the service they provide is 5*, far above what they charge. Entrust your pet to these people. Best in Saigon.

Reviews
I decided to go to petcare after my dog was still losing red blood cells following a week of antibiotics, given by another vet. Dr. Huong took the time to answer all of my questions. She was super knowledgeable, extremely caring and even suggested testing for other possible infections. We decided to go ahead with our blood transfusion with Pet Care, they were super gentle, careful, professional and kept me informed. The price was super reasonable- 4.6m total for tests, the procedure, an overnight stay with food and meds. They also tested her and found another blood parasite. The transfusion went well and my dog has much more energy but she still needs 2 more weeks of treatment for full recovery. She kindly suggested posting us antibiotics as we live in a rural area. At first I was hesitant after reading all of the slanderous reviews on google. But I’m happy I gave them a chance. Other vets I had been to quoted me a much higher price (6m/12m), kept me in the dark about things, were much less competent and responsive to my questions. However, they insisted that I take a blood test for 1.6m and didn’t tell me the price, when I didn’t think it was necessary as her jaundice had reduced but they said it was needed to know whether her liver was in a good enough condition to get the antibiotic shot. Upon showing me the results and telling me how bad her liver was, they proceeded to give her the injection anyway… waste of money and a little greedy of them to not be transparent in the first place.
My cat would have died if I hadn't brought him here in time. He has urinary retention, bladder stones and kidney stones. After visiting 2 veterinary facilities, his condition didn't improve at all but got worse. I got the advise to bring the cat here to get serious treatment. Ms. Quân and her team had tried their best to regain the cat's chance to live for 10 days. They also took care for him quite well during inpatient stay. Now my cat is being treated at home under the intruction from the doctor and his condition is improved a lot and got no danger. Yes the price here is not cheap at all but I think it totally deserves with their mordern facility, doctor's skill and dedicated care from staffs.
A deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional experience. My cat passed away while he was hospitalized at this clinic. I arrived approximately one hour before he passed away and stayed there, personally observing how he was being cared for. My cat was in a very serious condition, and during that time I saw that there was only one person taking care of him. It was very difficult for me to understand how an animal in such a critical state could be receiving care from essentially just one person. As a pet owner, I expected a much higher level of supervision and care in such a critical situation. What shocked me the most, however, was the complete lack of empathy when my cat passed away. The man simply told me, “Your cat passed away.” That was it. He did not say “I’m sorry,” offer any words of comfort, or show any empathy whatsoever for the loss of my cat. At the same time, there was a group of staff members gathered and laughing in the reception area. My room was right next to the reception, so I could clearly hear and see them. I have no idea what they were celebrating or what the gathering was about, but after losing my cat and being treated with such a lack of empathy, hearing and seeing a group of staff members laughing and celebrating in the reception area was extremely upsetting and felt completely inappropriate. I understand that death may unfortunately be part of a veterinary clinic’s daily work, but for the owners, it is not routine. My cat was part of my family. I expected professionalism, proper care, attention, and above all, a minimum level of empathy and respect during such a painful moment. My experience was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this clinic.
Surprisingly, Petcare's customer service recently called me to Petcare to receive a gift. I brought my baby and received a beautiful outfit. It turns out that Petcare's fanpage has many more surprises because there are many events, promotions and very impressive customer care. Thank you, Petcare doctors and staff!
