Us trying this place was totally accidental! We were actually walking in the wrong direction and somehow ended up finding this gem. First things first, the food was SO delicious and really affordable. This place honestly made me appreciate authentic Vietnamese food even more. Definitely a must-try if you’re visiting Vietnam especially if you’re headed to the War Museum.

Had Late Lunch here after coming from War Remnants Museum, its a 5 minutes walk from there. The Best Vietnamese Restaurant serves really delicious local food and so affordable prices with its quality ingredients. Nhu Y served us and she’s the best server. She was so helpful and very nice to talk with. Really accomodating as well. We loved her hospitality.

Love the food and the ambiance. The garlic shrimp with the bread reccommend by Mike was great too. The staff especially Mike was very friendly and polite, and our food arrived quickly. Definitely will come back here again!

Banh Xeo was good, it added the crisp into the Vietnamese spring roll repertoire. Grilled chicken was good. Grilled pork and kebab was nice too! We ended our meal with banana flower salad. They were all good! Tks to waiter Snowite who showed us how to eat them like the locals!

Before visiting to Vietnam, it was my duty to search all those Michelin star restaurants in different cities. Bep cuon is one of them. While this was not so close to our hotel, we walked a lot just to have lunch here lol! The location is good too! What we tried - Bun cha - We tried from their "must try" options. Bun cha was there. It was similar to other places at the very first but as soon as we tried the meat pieces, we knew why it was Michelin star! I saved it for later hehe. Pineapple mixed fried rice- It was so aesthetically pleasing. Rice was served on the top of half cut pineapple and every kinda meat was their with pieces of pineapple. So good and different! Leo was our host that day. He was so kind and helpful. Properly guided our curiosity with the dishes. We were really impressed by their warmth and welcome. As a foreigner and explorer there, our hearts are really full to dine in a place like Bep cuon! If we'll have a chance to visit Ho Chi Minh again, we'll visit there again!
