The workshop side is taken seriously. Staff diagnose issues on the spot and give accurate time estimates; bikes come back tuned and dialed in. Bike fitting is offered by Hoang, whose approach draws riders from across Saigon specifically for that service. Beyond full tune-ups, the shop runs a bike spa for cleaning and detailing, with all professional tools on hand.
