The Story

About This Place

Every Half Roastery's Thao Dien location is one of the largest specialty coffee destinations in the district, and the smell of freshly roasted beans makes that clear before stepping inside. The space spreads across two indoor floors and a lush outdoor area of stone-paved walkways, wooden and metal furniture, and mature trees that filter afternoon light into something close to ideal. At the center sit two distinct bars: an espresso station and a manual brew bar offering hand-drip options across a rotating selection of high-grade beans. A glass-enclosed roasting room makes the sourcing-to-cup process visible from the seating area, and the retail shelves let regulars take their preferred single-origins home.

The crowd skews young and local. Laptop workers claim spots early on the ground floor, small groups spread across the terrace, and solo visitors settle in with a filter coffee and a pastry. The coffee is consistent across formats—clean, balanced, and served simply with a glass of water. The nitro guava tea has drawn mixed reactions, but the core coffee range holds up reliably across visits.

What separates this location from Thao Dien's many independent cafes is infrastructure and scale. The two-floor layout absorbs the midday rush without feeling cramped, and the working roastery gives it a functional, warehouse-like quality that smaller neighborhood spots cannot replicate. Noise levels rise during peak hours—an unavoidable trade-off for a space this active—but the footprint is large enough that quieter corners exist. The wifi is fast, the staff attentive, and the bean selection among the broadest in the area. For anyone serious about specialty coffee, this is a logical first stop.

I have been to Every half various times, I love the ambience, with ample of sitting area, to work, to meet. I just not visit them but also buy their beans, and love it but this time I tried their nitro guava tea and was felt bit disappointed, but their coffee is always the best. If you looking for a nice coffee place where you can sit relax work meet every half is your go to cafe

Good coffee shop. A little too busy for my taste, I prefer a more calm environment but the espresso was good and the roasting rooms are enclosed with glass so you can watch the process. They also sell a wide selection of beans. Staff are friendly

the vibe is unbeatable. Whether you’re here for a serious hand-brew or just a quick pastry fix, their variety of specialty beans is impressive. It’s always buzzing, but there’s plenty of space across two floors and a breezy outdoor area. Honestly, it’s one of those rare spots that works perfectly for a focused morning coffee or a chilled afternoon hangout.

The first impression is the lush, green outdoor space. It’s an open-air setting, yet it never feels stuffy or noisy. Wooden and metal furniture, stone-paved walkways, and natural light filtering through the trees create a calm and relaxing atmosphere—especially pleasant in the morning or late afternoon. The coffee is well made: clean, balanced, and not overly bitter. It’s served simply with a small glass of water, a thoughtful detail that adds to the overall experience. The presentation is minimal and tasteful, keeping the focus on quality rather than decoration. Another highlight is how peaceful the place feels, even when there are quite a few people around. It’s a great spot to work quietly, read a book, or enjoy an unhurried conversation. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, this is a place you’ll want to come back to when you need a short break from the city—good coffee, fresh air, and plenty of greenery
