HINODE IZAKAYA - Japanese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I ordered spicy pufferfish ramen and Japanese gyoza. It was a very affordable and satisfying meal. I was very happy and will definitely come again. Nutritious and delicious.

Must be the best choice near LOTTE MART in district 7. This Japanese Restaurant serves high quality cuisines. But always crowded by customers especially on weekends

Found a nice izakaya place in D7, cost vibe, good food and service. Especially the grilled pork guts fit very well with kimchi. Good place for family as well. Highly recommended

This Japanese restaurant offers an appalling dining experience, reminiscent of strip mall eateries in America. It's a place you should unequivocally avoid. Arriving around 8:30 pm after a long day, I found the staff inattentive, likely due to ongoing deep cleaning. Eventually, I was served. (Neutral) The tamago was disappointingly dry and flavorless, a rare feat in Vietnam where eggs are typically tasty. The yakitori was dry, oily, and overcooked. As for the hotate (scallops), they were prepared in a manner I can only describe as frightening (-2 points, with attached image). While waiting for my food, I was offered ginkgo nuts, a nice gesture, but these should be cooked thoroughly to neutralize their bitter poison. (Neutral) Despite my generosity, awarding three stars, the food here is utterly inedible. I have no intention of returning.

The food is freshly prepared and delicious. The decor of the dishes is nice too The drink is normal to me. They have wide range of japanese alcohols if wanna have a drink. I didn't try because I can't drink, but they look great !! The atmosphere is nice, but a bit hot. They have a fan though Friendly service Absolutely recommend you to try it out
