Would recommend if you are wanting to be outside of the hustle and bustle of district 1. This district had a lot of restaurants and was easily accessible via Grab. The staff was super helpful when I had questions about the amenities and had a seamless check out. They were attentive and very courteous to see what time each day you would like our room made up so that they don’t disturb us. Then many of these were very useful. Laundry machine available, and laundry detergent was provided. I also really appreciated that there was filtered distilled water provided to us every day and that we could refill our water bottles whenever we need to on the basement floor. The terrace upstairs also has a beautiful view for sunrise! I would definitely stay here again when coming to HCMC.

We had such a wonderful stay at Village M Express. Honestly, the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after ALL the time. The setup is self-service in many ways, which we actually loved - especially the laundry room where you can do your own washing 🤗🥲🙏🏼 But what really stood out was how helpful the staff were. They would even keep an eye on our laundry, move it over to the tumble dryer when it was done, and make sure everything was taken care of. The biggest compliment we can give is that they genuinely cared. It wasn’t just good service - it felt personal. When we mentioned how much we loved the bedding, they went out of their way to find the supplier so we could buy the same bedding for our own apartment. That level of thoughtfulness was incredible. Village M Express wasn’t just a place to stay; it felt like a place where people truly wanted you to have a great experience. The team made our stay easy, comfortable, and memorable. A definite 5/5 from us. Ten out of ten for the people, the care, and the effort. We would happily stay again!
M serial Village is the special hotel in Ho Chi Ming, if you like the room with the kitchen, it is the choice.
I had a very disappointing check-in experience at this hotel. We booked a room for two guests through Agoda. When we arrived, my boyfriend presented his original passport to the receptionist as required. This is complied with agora’s policy to provide physical copy of ID under booker’s name because they seem very strict about policy. However, the receptionist refused to allow me to check in because I did not have the physical copy of my passport with me, even though I offered to provide a photo of my passport and all necessary information. I currently live in Phan Rang, which is about 6 hours away, so it is obviously impossible for me to go back and retrieve the passport. Despite explaining the situation, the receptionist remained completely inflexible and refused to provide any reasonable solution. This created unnecessary delays and a very poor guest experience. It felt like man-made obstacles during what should be a simple check-in process, especially when one guest had already provided a passport and we had a valid reservation. For a 3-star hotel, I expected at least some level of hospitality, problem-solving, or flexibility. Instead, the experience felt rigid and unhelpful. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not consider staying at this hotel or other branches in the future
The room at M Village Living Tran Nao was clean and simply designed. It was comfortable and met basic needs. There was no TV, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we don’t really use one. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
