Skip Quince and go upstairs! The bartenders and the manager were absolutely amazing. Even though I’m sober, they made me a mocktail shot and shared it with you at the end of the night. Chatted with me and we’re absolutely so happy and lovely to be around. The food was delicious don’t miss the bread and butter.

Gorgeous place to spend a beautiful evening, with your half, family or friends. F&B is the same as Quince (so top quality) and staff is so dedicated to you. The ambiance feels very intimate, but also a great taste. Price is quite pricy. One of my favorite place in Saigon for dinner, but make sure to book in advance, it's easily full.

Our only disappointment with our first visit to Quince is that we waited this long. From the check-in beforehand to see if there were any dietary restrictions to the personally printed menu for this pescatarian, no detail was left to chance. When they overhead us jokingly say to our friends that the reason for the visit was a very early birthday celebration for an April birthday, they wrote "Happy Early Birthday!" on one of the dessert plates. Small thoughtful details without being overbearing. We look forward to going back soon. Thank you for a memorable experience, it was worth every penny!

Five stars. An easy decision. Dinner at Madam Kew Saigon feels thoughtful from the start. You sit down and sense care in the details. Nothing feels rushed. Nothing feels forced. The seafood dish arrives first. Fresh. Clean. Beautifully plated. You taste the ocean without heaviness. Each element feels deliberate. Texture, acidity, and freshness work together. You slow down while eating, which says a lot. Then the wagyu beef pasta. Deep flavor. Tender beef. Comforting yet refined. Rich without feeling overwhelming. The kind of dish you keep thinking about after the last bite. Nikki, the restaurant manager, sets the tone for the entire experience. Warm. Attentive. Calm confidence. You feel genuinely looked after. The team mirrors her energy. Friendly. Professional. Present. You leave feeling satisfied, not only from the food but from how you were treated. This feels like a place built by people who care. A restaurant you recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful and elegant place, went there before the dinner and were amazed. Enjoyed it so much we visited also after. Truly recommend for special occasions, can’t miss if in Saigon. Dirty martini was really good and the bartenders friendly. I also appreciate the design of drink menu, I have my favorite go to cocktail so I don’t have to worry but if I ever come back I will explore more.
