It's mediocre. I ordered three pair of salmon nigiri and the tonkotsu ramen. I expected a lot better. The rice was a bit hard, old and dry. The salmon was barely passable. The ramen broth was nondescript and salty. The food just seemed a bit old. Not fresh. It is open late, which is the only reason I gave it a try, but I'd never come here again, nor recommend anyone else to. You can do way better in HCMC, even at 12am.

Good ramen open LATE. They employ a cute CAT. Glad I discovered this gem. Outdoor seating and they have drinks and sushi but only tried the ramen. The spicy ramen was our favourite. Check this spot out after midnight!
I dropped by around midnight, just randomly craving sushi and decided to try out this Japanese spot.😅😅 Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but I was so surprised — the food was really good. The menu had a bunch of unique dishes I hadn’t seen elsewhere, and the prices were super reasonable too. One thing I loved the most that there were cats around — made the place feel even more cozy and special. (Like about 4 cats LOL they r so friendly and ask me for fish) The staff were also incredibly kind. The guy helping me even changed the seaweed sheet for a fresh one so it’d stay crispy. 🤣 Everything just felt perfect that night. I’m definitely coming back 🩷🩷💕💞💓
This restaurant is open late which is great because there are not many places in our area with late night food (except small cafes). Very varied menu, cheap prices. At first I ordered one portion of rolls to try because I was not sure that for this price it would be good. But it was very tasty, so I ordered a few more dishes. The only drawback is that they add mayonnaise to the rolls, it is better to ask in advance not to do this if you want less greasy food. The rice is well seasoned, the fish is fresh and there is a lot of it, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
The only thing that was good was the salmon stomach cut. The steamed egg was bubbly inside with bad texture and strange flavor, not typical dashi flavour. The salmon avocado roll has too much mayo you can only taste mayo. The tsukemen broth didnt taste like pork broth but more like stir fry ground pork juice. The service was bad. Understaffed and some staffs dont even know how to do their job. If you know japanese food well enough I dont recommend eating here.
