The Story

About This Place

Pasha Garden Lounge occupies a garden plot on Tống Hữu Định dressed with Turkish-style lanterns, textiles, and warm lighting that shift the atmosphere convincingly away from Thao Dien's usual cafe aesthetic. Tables spread across an open-air courtyard and an air-conditioned indoor section, with a small sand play area that makes it workable for families with young children — a rare practical detail among the neighborhood's international dining options.

The menu covers substantial ground: Turkish teas and coffees, mezze, grilled meats, lamb preparations, and a full dessert selection, with lunch specials that attract a midweek following. The kitchen's clearest strength is in its grilled proteins. The Inegol kofte earns consistent repeat visits, and the steak mixed grill platter — typically ordered to share — arrives well-cooked with a freshness that reviewers attribute to above-average meat sourcing. The flavored bread draws specific praise for depth and texture, and the broader dip spread holds up on its own. The hummus divides opinion slightly — some find the seasoning understated — though it reads as a preference gap rather than a flaw.

Shisha is available in multiple flavors through the evening hours, running on the milder side according to regulars who use it as a long-stay anchor after dinner. Service has occasional slow patches, particularly in getting staff attention during quieter periods, but the general attitude from the floor is described as warm and genuinely engaged. A 4.4 across 130 Google reviews reflects a place performing with real consistency rather than spiking on novelty — something that matters along a stretch where international restaurants can be uneven. Open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 AM to 10 PM; closed Mondays.

The food was great overall. We shared steak mixed grill platter, it was well cooked and fresh. The hummus needs some work, some tahini, lemon, a smoother texture. Service was excellent.

Pasha is a gem of a Turkish restaurant that delivers an exceptional dining experience. Although there were a few small hiccups with the service, the staff’s friendliness and effort more than made up for it. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor, authentic, and satisfying from start to finish. The decor truly sets the mood, with a warm and inviting Middle Eastern vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. It’s a beautiful spot with great energy, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Wow what a great place. Walk into a beautiful garden area of turkish style lights etc. Decor like you could be there. Service was attentive. Food was amazing, beautiful depth of flavors in the dips, amazing flavour bread, had a geioza wirh lamb and it was so fresh, not greesy, but light and deliouse. Definitely going back to try more menu.
