Pasteur Street Brewing Co. - Brewpub in Ho Chi Minh City

Came over on the first night in HCM, got a table for 2 quickly. It is located in an alley, but the sign outside is pretty obvious. Ordered the beer flight to try out 6 different beer - Jasmine Amber, Pasteur Street Pale Ale, Session IPA, Jasmine IPA, Double Jasmine IPA and Irish Stout. Maybe except Jasmine Amber which I feel was a bit underwhelming, the others were all great in my opinion if you are a craft beer person. Can't comment much about food as we only got a cheese board to share since we had dinner elsewhere first, and the cheese board was just average. Service was great, the staff were friendly and responsive. The overall atmosphere was also good, groups were not rowdy but the vibes were there.

We spent a lovely evening trying different brews, and every pint was fresh and well-crafted. A fantastic spot in Ho Chi Minh City for great craft beer, good vibes, and a memorable experience. I recently had a really enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The beer was excellent, cold, refreshing, and paired perfectly with the meal. I ordered a burger, and it was cooked very well, exactly the way I wanted. The meat was incredibly juicy and full of flavor, which made every bite satisfying. The French fries were crispy, crunchy, and nicely seasoned, adding the perfect side to the burger. I also tried the stir-fried noodles, and they were amazing, rich in flavor and cooked beautifully. What made the visit even better was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. The atmosphere felt comfortable and lively. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would definitely come back again with my friends and family.

Great line up of beers here, the Irish Stout is noteworthy! Fantastic range of snacks, steaks and food options. A big shout out to Ryan who looked after us with beer flight recommendations and fantastic service!

That’s what I call a craft beer place! I sat in the air-conditioned taproom on the first floor and tried the Craft Lager, Yasmin Amber, and Irish Stout (though honestly I was missing a Pilsner on the list). All three beers tasted excellent, and the Yasmin Amber surprised me the most. Prices are a bit elevated for Vietnam, with pints ranging from 110,000 to 160,000 VND. Above the tap room they have a roof top bar.Really friendly staff who took good care of me.
