We had to follow up multiple times with little communication from the staff. The food wasn’t worth the wait. Hoping they improve their customer service and organization.”

Very poor experience. The restaurant took the order incorrectly, then brought the wrong dish and tried to pressure us to eat it anyway. When we refused, we had to wait 25 minutes for another dish. With very unpleasant attitude, they served the next dish with extremely low quality, poorly presented and completely broken apart.

This review was written at 8pm, 10th of Jan I especially told a waiter to take these dishes away, twice. But he didn't. We ordered at around 7pm, the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive at our table. We ordered 4 portion of sticky rice, but they didn't give it to us until we mention it, not only that they didn't give us all 4 portions, they only gave out 2, then when we mentioned it again, they said it will take 20 more minutes. This is just straight absurd with the fact that we ordered these sticky rice at 7pm, and the restaurant wasn't even too crowded. The food is also slow, it took 30 mins for the first dish to come out, another 15 minutes give or take for another dish to come. The padthai took another 25 minutes. Other customers also complained about how slow the food is.

I came to Som Tum Thai based on my friend's recommendation. What impressed was the curry crab though. There was no shell, and the crab meat still quite delicious and the food fragrance just overflowing my mouth. for other dish, i don't feel much though. I would say, a place to try if you haven't been here yet.
