I discovered Primal last July and I loved their concept of 3 floors with strength, movement, combat and wellness. I wanted to find a good Muay Thai gym and honestly it’s been the best. I’ve met great people with similar mindsets and crazy energy to burn The coaches are all very talented and push you to do better while being kind and supportive. I would recommend it to anyone who’s committed to improve their skills and take care of their body.
