I had a fantastic lunch experience at Yeshi (Le Ngo Cat) today, and it completely exceeded my expectations! First and foremost, a huge shoutout to the amazing front-of-house team—Ngan, Xuyen, Tobie—for their exceptional service. They were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. A special compliments to Chef Nam, Chef Ngoc , and Ms. Xuan for crafting such an incredible meal today. Every dish was a hit: - Taiwanese Lu Rou Fan (Braised Pork Rice): Perfectly seasoned with melt-in-your-mouth braised pork, beautifully balanced by the tangy pickled mustard greens. - Stir-fried Choy Sum: Vibrantly green and visually stunning, paired with Job's tears (coix seeds) which added a unique and delightful texture. Sesame Noodles: Rich, creamy, and wonderfully aromatic. - Yeshi Fried Chicken: A absolute standout! It features a flawless, crispy outer crust while keeping the chicken inside incredibly tender and juicy. - To top it all off, the Milk Tea and Dong Ding Oolong Tea were excellent—refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. I also loved the self-serve sauce bar, which lets you customize your flavors. Every penny spent here is absolutely worth it—the price truly matches the high quality of the food and service.
