Aviation Chamber - Cocktail bar in Ho Chi Minh City

A hidden gem tucked away in the backstreets of District 1. Cozy, intimate atmosphere with a great selection of curated spirits and craft cocktails, the bartenders were skilled and genuinely friendly, happy to recommend something suited to our tastes. Loved the soft music and relaxed vibe, felt like a proper speakeasy away from the touristy crowds. We will definitely coming back!

This bar is a must-go if visiting Saigon/Ho chi minh city! Vibes were amazing even though we went late at night when it wasnt packed. Bartenders were very friendly and accommodating and clearly displayed a lot of passion for their craft. We tried 8 different cocktails there and they were delicious and one-of-a-kind. The bartenders give rly good recommendations according to your preferences and if smth you want is not inside the menu, they are very willing to make it for you! Apart from the unique cocktails, they also serve the classics. The menu book (also hand-drawn by one of the bartenders) was a handheld work of art and very detailed.

It's really a mixture of experiences. (+): beautiful designs+ lights+ tasty cocktails + a friendly bartender+ nice vibe (-): the food is way too greasy. Finger food could be much more tasty with more creativity... Moreover, the staff should have mentioned that each person in a group must order a drink ( if not, that person will still be charged anyway) when my friend was chatting to them online. One friend in my groups wasn't into any kinds of drinks there. However, we ordered 4 dishes. You know... it's not like she just came there without ordering anything ... But they still asked her to order a drink ... Ok, I respect the rules of the place. However, wouldn't it better if the staff informed us clearly in advance? We had a girls' day. We went to many places on that day together. So, if we knew there was a place which didn't make our girl comfortable somehow, we would change our plan... It's not about the rules or her tastes, it's about clear information and better customer service. Anyway, my cocktail tasted good and the bartender was really patient and friendly.

The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, the bartender is cute and quick, and the handcrafted menu is beautifully designed. I really loved the Mango Yogurt. Overall, this place has great taste and vibes, perfect for a date with your partner.

I had a really nice experience at here. The place has a cozy, stylish, and relaxing atmosphere. I usually come here for whiskey and really like their selection — many good bottles at reasonable prices, including Scotch, US, Japanese, and Taiwanese options. The drinks are well-made, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe is perfect for chilling with friends or enjoying a quiet evening. I would definitely come back.
