Đệ Nhất Mì Kéo nằm trong một mặt bằng hai mặt tiền trên đường Song Hành, khu dân cư An Phú An Khánh, Quận 2, thu hút đều đặn cả gia đình người địa phương lẫn expat — tất cả đều ghé vì mì kéo tay. Sợi mì được làm tại bếp, khu bếp mở và rõ ràng sạch sẽ, tạo nên độ dai khác hẳn mì công nghiệp. Tô mì ba rọi xá xíu (60k) là thứ hầu hết các bàn gọi đầu tiên: thịt ướp lâu, mềm không khô, nước dùng nóng để riêng, sợi mì phủ lớp sốt đậm vị mặn ngọt. Tô mì thập cẩm (80k) dành cho ai muốn thấy được nhiều hơn những gì bếp làm được. Da heo giòn và vịt quay mở rộng thực đơn sang vùng Hoa-Việt kinh điển, cả hai đều được thực hiện với sự chú tâm tương tự về kết cấu món ăn.
Phòng ăn rộng và máy lạnh mát — điểm cộng thực sự giữa cái nóng Quận 2 — bàn ghế bố trí thoải mái, đủ chỗ cho cả nhà mà không bị chật chội. Pretty good noodles. I like the dried noodle dishes more than the soup versions.

I took my family to De Nhat Mi Keo for lunch today after hearing a lot of good things about their hand-pulled noodles, especially the Char Siu pulled noodles. And honestly, the whole experience was better than expected. 📌 Ambience: The restaurant has a clean, spacious, and classy look. Air-conditioning is cool and comfortable, and the seating is perfect for families. Even the menu feels well-designed and professional. 📌 Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. They checked on us a few times and made the whole meal feel pleasant and welcoming. 📌 Food: The hand-pulled char siu noodles are the highlight. The noodles are springy and aromatic, the sauce is flavorful, and the char siu is tender and juicy — not dry like many other places. You can really taste the difference with handmade noodles. We also tried some dim sum and the Sichuan-style pork trotter. The dim sum came out hot and nicely filled, and the trotter was soft with a rich, savory sauce. The wonton soup had a clean, natural sweetness — not the artificial kind. 📌 Price: Reasonable for District 2 considering the quality and the restaurant’s upscale atmosphere. Definitely worth it. 📌 Bonus: If you leave a 5-star review, they give you a complimentary herbal tea. I reviewed because I genuinely liked the food, but hey — a free cool drink is always a nice touch 😄. 👉 Overall: A great spot for a family lunch. Good food, nice space, friendly service — and the hand-pulled char siu noodles really live up to the name “De Nhat”. We’ll definitely come back to try the roasted duck and more dim sum dishes!
This place is usually crowded, a lot of staff, just need to wait for the food. Food is average to me, but service is good.
