Serving size quite a lot, and delicious too

Extremely tough meat and lack of side dishes. Most importantly, this restaurant does not serve authentic Korean food. Staff was also not enthusiastic to help with grilling of meat. I really doubt the good reviews given. Oh by the way, change your scissors. It can’t even cut meat well
The place was very busy; a good sign! However, as others had said on here in their reviews before: Yes, food and service is top-notch, but they'll nickle and dime you every chance they get! I ordered the Shrimp-Squid Pancake dish. Superior presentation and service also. Next, a server then comes out and sets up the plates, and various condiments/sauces or extras like: kimchi, some type of sprouts or noodles (I presume), 3 dipping sauces, some type of -appears like bread squares (in a saucer but they're soft with a fish-like flavor). Then utensils. Then another server fills your little mug half-full with (purified I presume) drinking water. I thought, they give you purified water; this place is great. Why order a drink, when they got it handled. The Shrimp-Squid Pancake tasted delicious as I topped the pieces with the sauces and other condiments. So as I'm eating, and tolerating excellent kimchi, I'm low on drinking water. So I ask 1 of the staff for more drinking water, please refill my little-mug. They reply: "The half-mug we give you is free. If you want more, you'll have to order it from the menu." The menu is a dedicated tablet assigned to each table. And so I ordered a bottle of Lemon-Lime Water. When they bring it out it's a HUGE bottle with a screw-on top and a pivoting cap. Impressive I thought, but gee that's a lot of water: a little over a Liter! OK, I'll just take it with me - since I'm paying for it! I get the bill. The Shrimp-Squid Pancake, and the bottle of water was on there. But they charged me for a wet-nap they already had on the table next to the napkins before I even sat down! I countered, you're charging for things on the table that were there before I even sat down too?!! Talk about a setup! Then they asked if I'd like to leave a tip also. I already knew about the VAT-charge due to other restaurants before. Costa Rica does similar. Already dismayed, I'll just pay and go. You have to pay at the register near the entrance. So I walk up to the register with my bill and my paid for water bottle. A staff member says: "No, you can't take your water bottle." "SAY WHAT?" I PAID FOR THIS AND I CAN'T TAKE IT WITH ME?!" "No." they replied. I said: "Well, if I would have ordered any other drink, I could surely take it, yes?" They replied: "Yes, but the water bottle is for show and it's ours." I demanded: "Where on the menu does it state I'm renting a water bottle?" CRICKETS, dear in the headlights, speechless, duhhhh... The worthless chicken manager was too afraid to come out to speak with me and left their indentured servant to deal with this crazy, YET, very valid matter! I told them, "Suppose I ordered your food as a delivery like Grab-delivery, I can order any drink on the menu, right?" "Yes, except the water" - they replied. HAH! What a JOKE! They'll charge you for something already on the table with no notice AND food items like a beverage but, its forbiddened to take it with you! Forget this place!
We have the most interesting experience in this restaurant with the buffet of various meat and reasonable price.
I went here for lunch on Thursday and it was not crowded. Food was served quickly.
