Italiani's Pizza F5 Diamond Plaza - Pizza restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

It was our wedding anniversary and the guys set up a lovely arrangement! Really thankful for them. Throughout the dinner, they were attentive and caring. Food and music spot on! We were served by Jerry and Finn. They were so good to us!

I’m enjoying my time in Vietnam — the people are warm and many restaurants accommodate dietary preferences, with plenty of vegetarian choices. I filtered for Italian vegetarian places and this one had good reviews, so I walked 2 km to try it. I don’t often write reviews, but my experience here was very disappointing. I ordered a Margherita pizza and a vegetarian pasta, and I specifically asked for extra sauce on the pasta. The staff agreed, but when the food arrived both dishes contained hair. They apologized but didn’t seem very concerned. The pasta arrived dry and without the extra sauce I requested. I used Google Translate and showed them a photo of the saucy pasta I wanted, but they said the chef had refused to add it and they wouldn’t provide it. I had been hungry since the morning, and to receive food with hair and an unaddressed request was upsetting. The staff didn’t offer any follow-up, compensation, or even a proper goodbye — they simply stopped coming to my table. I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

While on holiday my wife & I wanted something normal tasting (to us) for a change from all the Vietnamese food we had been eating of late, stumbled across this pizza place inside the diamond plaza a few levels up. Such a lovely place, great atmosphere & the pizzas were absolutely lovely. I had the meat lovers while she had the margarita, really nice traditional Italian style of pizza! If you enjoy pizza this place is a must go to when in Hoc-hi Min City.

The food was okay and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, they only had one bottle of water left in the entire restaurant. At home we usually have around 10… I’m pretty sure the water bottle ratio between a private household and a restaurant shouldn’t be +9 for the household… 🤣🤣 In the photo: the holy grail of water. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, making it a really nice place to relax and enjoy your meal.
