grateful that i had the opportunity to try this highly raved place after making a (very) last minute booking via the official website. website UI was good and was overall easy to use. the staff were very attentive and enthusiastic. you can really tell that the staff training was well done and they were able to attend to us quickly because they were well staffed (very much appreciated). the food is understandably popular. all of the dishes we ordered (not all pictured) were amazing in terms of the flavour. the honey cheese pizza was better enjoyed after drizzling more honey on the pizza. cost of 5pax meal amounted to approx 2m; there was no card surcharge. opted to pay 1m using a klook voucher for a very very slight discount, honestly it’s not really worth the trouble unless klook has a major sale. highly recommend trying at least once!

The food is very delicious especially tomato crab cream spaghetti. We also had salmon cream fettuccine which has to mix with the lime then it tastes nice, but if u add their chilli oil, it will be more delicious. Our waitress Trang Thi is very friendly and will explain to us how long is the waiting time for each food that we ordered. Baked mash potato appetiser is really good too.

It was such a spontaneous dinner with my sister. We ordered a Lasagna, Cheese plate and a pizza with half smoked salmon and shrimps. It tasted delicious as other branches. What made me amazed was the warm atmosphere and decorations which I couldn’t find from other branches, making the dinner cozy and comfortable!!! Always love pizza 4Ps for the food and well-catered service!!!

I had a truly exceptional experience at Pizza 4P’s in VivoCity, especially considering it was the second day of Lunar New Year — one of the busiest dining days of the entire year. The restaurant was completely packed, buzzing, and operating at full capacity. Yet despite the intense crowd, the level of service was absolutely remarkable. I rarely give a perfect score to any restaurant, but the service here genuinely deserves 100/100. To put it into perspective, you could dine at a high-end Italian restaurant in New York, spend $600 on a meal, and still not receive service this attentive or efficient. In some places, if you don’t order wine, you might even feel overlooked. That was absolutely not the case here — every guest was treated with equal care and respect. Even under heavy pressure, nearly every request was handled with impressive speed and accuracy. The staff remained calm, professional, and highly attentive throughout the rush. Dishes arrived quickly, tables were managed smoothly, and there was clear attention to detail in every interaction. Maintaining this level of consistency during a holiday peak is no small achievement, and they executed it flawlessly. As for the food, it was equally satisfying. Coming from Sydney, where pizzas are often very large and heavy, I truly appreciate the more balanced Vietnamese portion size here — it feels thoughtfully designed for Asian appetites. The crust, sauce, and toppings were harmoniously balanced, delivering robust flavour without being overpowering. One personal note: the cheese flavour leans toward a lighter, fresher profile. It’s smooth and well-crafted, but I would personally enjoy a slightly stronger aged cheese note to add more depth and complexity. That said, the current flavour profile still aligns beautifully with their style and overall concept. Overall, this was an outstanding dining experience — exceptional service under extreme pressure, well-proportioned dishes, and consistently high quality. It’s a restaurant I would confidently return to and highly recommend to others. 🍕👏
