KiN Wander Tan Quy - Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I had a lovely stay at Kin Wander Tan Quy. Highlights: - nice kitchen in my unit - great shower with high water pressure - fantastic service and communication on WhatsApp by all the staff during my visit - FREE LAUNDRY! new washer and dryer machines; what a perk! - very comfortable bed and pillows - overall very clean and modern Note: - it rained while I was there and it was pretty loud as the building has a metal roof; not too bothersome for me but it could be for others I absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful accommodation during my stay in Saigon! 🩷

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for three weeks, and it turned out to be the cleanest place we encountered in Vietnam. Housekeeping was done every two days and was genuinely thorough — this was especially important to me as I have allergies, and I didn’t experience any discomfort during the entire stay. The staff also deserve special mention: the administrators are always friendly, respond quickly to any requests, and are willing to help in any situation. During our stay, we lived in three different rooms, and all of them had comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bed linens were always fresh and never had the musty smell that is common in many hotels across the country. Each room is equipped with a proper kitchen and necessary utensils. This was essential for us, as we prefer to cook our own meals. The hotel grounds are also very pleasant — there is a well-maintained green courtyard that creates a calm and уютную atmosphere. Overall, this place stands out for its level of cleanliness and comfort. I can confidently recommend it for long-term stays.

It’s really an apartment-style hotel, so there is no breakfast, no daily room cleaning, etc. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay here and checked out two days early. It’s on a side street of a noisy urban neighborhood (there was loud drinking and karaoke across the street late into the night both nights). The front desk is not visible from the front gate. You have to call them on your phone to open the outside gate for you. But what if your phone is unable to make calls? I had to contact my travel agency to ask them to call the hotel front desk for me; with my phone battery low after 10+ hours of travel, it was unnecessary added stress. The price is fair, but after two nights I decided to check out two days early; I asked for one day’s refund, they declined (which is their right according to their policy). Not recommended.

Kin Wander took excellent care of me, refreshing my bottled water and coffee every day and cleaning my room every two. The staff are very kind, sweet even. They were able to help me with anything. The apartments are clean and decorated nicely and come with a stove-top, kettle, ruce pot, and refrigerator. There's a laundry room on the top floor and an enclosed courtyard to relax outside the front door. There's motorbike parking. Next door is a charging station for electric vehicles. There's every kind of food all around, and a supermarket one block away. I recommend Kin Wander Tan Quy for any length of stay, but especially long stay. It feels like home, but with a bunch of helpful people to make your stay pleasant.
