Latest Recipe - Buffet restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I had a buffet dinner with my family, and we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the friendliness of the hostess. Although the ceiling was slightly low, the river view was beautiful. Since we booked early, we were able to get a nice table with a great view. The restaurant also arranged a birthday setup for us and offered a complimentary bottle of wine. We truly appreciate it and had a wonderful experience.

Everything was on point.. except the vibe, which can be easily improved if the 30min playlist is upgraded and not just played in loop 🫨 Better order from A-la-carte menu for the lobsters. It comes with the buffet package.

Had a great experience at Le Méridien Saigon, The Last Recipe. The food was excellent with a wide selection of fresh seafood. I especially loved the coffee caviar tiramisu — such a unique and delicious dessert. The service was top-notch, and Cindy was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The interior design was simple yet tasteful, with cozy lighting and a clean, well-organized layout. It felt like the kind of place where you could comfortably enjoy a meal whether you were with friends, family, or even dining solo. The food was definitely the highlight. Every dish was well-prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell there was care put into the cooking. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and there was a good variety on the menu to suit different tastes.

The dining experience here is superb, the view is great (make the atmosphere more relaxed). The food is fantastic, way beyond my expectations, as the food here are creativly made based on selected theme (French-Italian cuisine) by very professional Vietnamese chef, refer to the picture. Also, the waiter here are very professional - especially waiter Vy, Nhàn, and Thiện. They are always really considerate as they introduced some of the European dishes that we, as Asian, haven't tried before. Overall, if you stay at this hotel. Make sure to drop by in lunchtime. You won't regret it.
