Bad experience at MSM coffee. 1. Parking: idk why you have to put a charge for the parking fee on the bill (just 3k) but couldnt you just include it in the drink’s price? You said you support the parking fee, then still charge it??? Plus, MSM got bad discussion on social media (months ago i remember?) because of your staff’s attitude. Same with me, no one help me with the parking then i had to find it myself? 2. The price is just??? The food price is high, and the service price either, while it was so hot in my room that i had to open the curtain, is that worthy? Absolutely not, so i jumped down and took my leave. 3. Most terrible, the food quality. I ordered a milo dầm and there’s no “dầm” and obviously, no milo taste either. Do you really know how to make the food? Where’s my crashed ice? Where’s milo??? This is cacao omggg i hate it sm 4. Others: i like the waiting room, cute. You can lost your slippers downstairs. The wifi is so weak, cannot play phi phai. I hate this place.

I have been here for some time before but this time's experience was bad. This was the first time I booked study room service, but the room was really hot and the air-conditioner was useless. I got that the staff couldn't fix it immediately but can they try to bring a fan or something else to cool the room? Seriously?!? The room was on the 5th floor, and it's hot as hell in there, plus the room was closed to prevent the noise but at least they have to do something to cool down the room?? I intended to spend the whole day there but I had to leave sooner since I really sweated and can't focus on such a hot room like that. Really disappointed this time. Hope the shop fixes this problem soon.

The staffs are nice but not considerate enough Do not suggest the noodle, they're a bit dry
