Located in a modern and sleek building, the layout of the restaurant is very minimalist and fits well with the theme of "Simple Chay" Clean restaurant with good food, the la lot rolls were excellent and the pho was delicious, definitely a southern style pho that is slightly on the sweeter side but not overly sweet like how some other restaurants do it. The broken rice was also good with a variety of ingredients such as pickled daikon and carrot, tofu "cake", and tofu skin. Everything is vegan which is always a plus. Definitely a nice change of pace compared to the hustle and bustle of the city center.
