Completely floored with all that Vietnam has to offer, including this omakase. Chef Cong is so talented and provided the best experience. A great mixture of Vietnamese and Japanese influences. Absolutely amazing with presentation and taste.

Amazing omakase experience! Every course was beautifully presented and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were well balanced, and you can tell the chef put a lot of thought into each dish. The service was attentive and welcoming, while the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. Definitely a great place for a special occasion. Highly recommended!

Food and atmosphere is amazing. Chef Cuong made amazing set dishes leaving us a good amount of full and satisfied. Our wait Mai was also excellent making sure our waters were always filled and very friendly. Our chef paced the food amazingly and told us the ingredients. 10/10 experience

I stopped by the restaurant and experienced their special menu, Suiei, a collaboration between Noriboi and Quang San Art Museum to celebrate their 3rd anniversary. The menu was a unique blend of Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine while simultaneously weaving in the arts from Quang San. The chef, Công, was able to execute everything to perfection. Ultimate, every dish was a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

I had a truly memorable dining experience at Noriboi Omakase, Ho Chi Minh. Chef Ha’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. Every course was thoughtfully curated — from the freshness of the ingredients to the precision in presentation. You can really taste the quality and balance in each bite, and Chef Ha’s passion for omakase dining shines through the entire experience. Special thanks as well to Server Wave, who made the evening even more enjoyable. Wave was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each dish and ensuring we were comfortable throughout the meal. The service felt warm and personalised, which elevated the whole dining experience. Overall, it was an intimate and refined omakase journey — perfect for special occasions or anyone who appreciates authentic Japanese dining. I would definitely return and highly recommend Noriboi to others visiting Ho Chi Minh.
