I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with the night-shift staff. When an issue arose, instead of taking responsibility and proactively helping customers, they repeatedly made excuses and did everything they could to avoid assisting. Providing support in situations like this is a basic responsibility of their role, and their behavior fell far below the standard of customer service I would expect.
